Meet Dr. Purna Patel
Dr. Purna Patel was born and raised in India, where she completed her early dental education and graduated with honors. She later earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). With a background shaped by international experience, Dr. Patel’s care philosophy centers on compassion, precision, and building trust with her patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Patel enjoys hiking in the Sierra mountains, reading, listening to podcasts, and caring for her plants.

Dr. Michael Guess is a Lifetime Board-Certified Orthodontist — a distinction held by only a small number of orthodontists nationwide. He grew up in the Rancho Cordova area and has proudly served the community as an orthodontist since 1989. Dr. Guess is known for creating beautiful, confident smiles through precise, thoughtful treatment and a patient-first philosophy. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Guess is passionate about holistic and homeopathic medicine and its potential to support healing beyond conventional medicinal approaches.
