Dr. Michael Guess
Orthodontist
Dr. Michael Guess is a Lifetime Board-Certified Orthodontist — a distinction held by only a small number of orthodontists nationwide. He grew up in the Rancho Cordova area and has proudly served the community as an orthodontist since 1989. Dr. Guess is known for creating beautiful, confident smiles through precise, thoughtful treatment and a patient-first philosophy. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Guess is passionate about holistic and homeopathic medicine and its potential to support healing beyond conventional medicinal approaches.
Jenny
Patient Care Coordinator
Jenny has been working in the field for 10 years as a front office coordinator and enjoys creating a welcoming, experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of three wonderful kids, which keeps life fun and fast-paced! She and her husband love cooking seafood together.

Registered Dental Hygienist
She is our talented RDH with a passion for smiles and motorsports. When she is not freshening up smiles or silently judging people for not flossing (totally kidding) she likes to ride motorcycles and take her race car to the race track. She hopes you’ll come in and experience what a truly great cleaning should feel like.

Misty brings over 22 years of experience as an RDA, known for her compassionate care and ability to make patients feel comfortable. She excels in mentoring new team members. Currently pursuing her goal of becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist, Misty is a proud parent of five.

Dental Assistant
Naira is a dedicated dental assistant with 9 years of experience who loves helping patients feel at ease, whether it’s during a procedure or with a simple, friendly smile. When she is not working, you’ll usually find her at the beach or enjoying picnics with her 2.5 yr old daughter.

Mike has over seven years of experience in the dental field, delivering comprehensive patient care while supporting both clinical and administrative operations. Originally from Portland, Oregon, he enjoys staying active through hiking, golf, traveling, and attending sporting events and concerts.
Veronica
Office Manager
With over 25 years in dentistry, Veronica is a billing expert with experience in general dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics, and endodontics. Bilingual in Spanish, she enjoys spontaneous road trips with her husband and cherishes time with her young goddaughter.
